1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Lone Wolf Commando's services and website. By submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
Lone Wolf Commando is operated by Danny Foster, trading as Lone Wolf Commando, based in Stourport-on-Severn, United Kingdom.
2. Our Services
Lone Wolf Commando offers the following services:
1-to-1 personal training sessions (in-person)
Online coaching and programming
Mindset coaching
Group/Bootcamp training sessions
Fitness challenge courses
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
3. Bookings
Sessions are booked by mutual agreement between you and Lone Wolf Commando. A booking is confirmed once acknowledged in writing by email, message, or other written communication.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that a parent or guardian has provided consent on your behalf.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice — no charge; session may be rescheduled
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice — the full session fee will be charged
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) — the full session fee will be charged and the session will be forfeited
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full reschedule will be offered at no additional cost.
5. Payment
Session fees and package prices are as agreed at the point of booking. Payment is due All payments are non-refundable, as your place is reserved.
Accepted payment methods: [bank transfer, cash].
Late payments may result in sessions being withheld until the outstanding balance is cleared.
6. Health, Safety and Medical Disclaimer
Before commencing any training programme, you agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to train safely.
By engaging our services, you confirm that you have received medical clearance to participate in physical exercise, or that you accept full responsibility for your decision to train without seeking such clearance.
Lone Wolf Commando is not a medical professional. Nothing provided as part of our services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your health, please consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise programme.
Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. Lone Wolf Commando will take all reasonable steps to minimise risk, but cannot be held liable for injury resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information or failure to follow coaching instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Wolf Commando shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Intellectual Property
All training programmes, content, and materials created by Lone Wolf Commando remain our intellectual property. You may use these for your own personal training purposes only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality. We will not discuss your personal details, health information, or progress with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
10. Conduct
We expect all clients to treat Lone Wolf Commando and any shared training environments with respect. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, where a client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service arrangement with 14 days written notice. Any sessions already paid for and not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active clients of any significant changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
